Dog Trainer Apprentice

A Dog Trainer Apprentice assists Private School Trainers by providing supplemental life skills training and enrichment activities to dogs in the daytime programs. This position is responsible for the individual supervision, training, control, and management of dogs and puppies in group play settings.  There are both paid and unpaid opportunities for this position, including options for college credit, if your college wants to work with us for animal behavior observation.

Custodian

Under the general supervision of Owner or Facilities Manager, the Custodian has the primary responsibility for cleaning Canine Craze Performance Center and its grounds in such a way to promote a healthy and safe environment. This position performs the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance functions during the day or evening shift.

Trainer II

In addition to being responsible for the individual supervision, training, control, and management of dogs and puppies in group training environments and in one-on-one training in our daytime programs, a full-time Dog Trainer II is responsible for working directly with clients and their dogs through group classes and/or 1-on-1s/private trainings.  Our goal is to provide clients with the highest quality training that is grounded in cutting edge training based on science, education, and fun. We help our clients improve their relationship with their dogs and their ability to perform basic obedience skills and tricks while also helping them become a disciplined handler with presence control.
